Swedish H-Windows Limited involvement with this project included the design, manufacture and installation of all the external glazing package.

This was a speculative build project for a developer, the original specification had been drawn up based on an aluminium window system, Swedish H-Windows Limited approached the Main Contractor after appointment and advised them that they could offer a composite timber/aluminium system within the budget constraints.The product range required for this project was diverse as it utilised Swedish H-Windows Limited outward opening external doors, inward opening tilt/turn windows and the inward opening tilt/slide patio door systems. Again due to the versatility of the product range offered by Swedish H-Windows Limited the contractor was able to specify products suitable for their requirements.

Due to the nature of the project, namely it being luxury Thames side apartments the client chose a stain finish to the internal timber sections to give the appearance of a high quality timber. A standard RAL colour was chosen for the external polyester powder coating finish.
